OnePlus 5T has been launched with 18:9 Display and Improved Cameras.

OnePlus has launched their latest flagship killer smartphone OnePlus 5T which is the successor of Oneplus 5. OnePlus fans were eagerly waiting for the upcoming  OnePlus mobile. Finally the OnePlus 5T is official with improved display and rear cameras. The OnePlus 5T has been launched in the international market as well as in India. As expected it is an Amazon exclusive device in India.The first sale for OnePlus 5T will be held on November 21 at 4:30 p.m. only for Amazon Prime members.

OnePlus 5T has an improved near bezel less 6.01 inch Optic AMOLED display with 18:9 aspect ratio and 1080x2160 FHD+ resolution. The display is protected by 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The AMOLED display on OnePlus 5T is made by Samsung. The design of OnePlus 5T is pretty similar to the design of OnePlus 5. The body material is a combination of glass and metal.

OnePlus 5T is powered by the same 2.45 GHz Octa Core Snapdragon 835 chipset and optional 6GB or 8GB LPDDR4X RAM just like OnePlus 5. There are two variants of the OnePlus 5T: one with 6GB RAM, 64GB Storage and another variant with 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage. The storage on OnePlus 5T is not expandable. OnePlus 5T is sailing on Oxygen OS based on Android Nougat 7.1.2 and will be updated to Android Oreo 8.0 by the end of January, 2018.

The OnePlus 5T has a dual rear camera setup having one 16 MP Sony Sensor with f/1.7 aperture and another 20 MP Sony Sensor with f/1.7 aperture and upgraded focal length of 27.22 mm.The front camera is a 16 MP Sony Sensor with f/2.0 aperture. Both the front and rear cameras support EIS. Unfortunately OnePlus 5T lacks Optical Zoom which was present on OnePlus 5. OnePlus 5T does not have Optical Image Stabilization feature.

OnePlus 5T is fueled by a 3300 mAh non-removable battery with 20W Dash Charge support. In terms of network both the SIM slots on OnePlus 5T support 2G/3G/4G/VoLTE. NFC, 3.5 mm audio jack, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/ac are also present. The fingerprint sensor has moved to the rear side of the device. OnePlus 5T has the new face unlock feature which uses facial recognition algorithm. Sadly FM Radio in not available on OnePlus 5T.

OnePlus 5t is available in midnight black colour only. Price for the 6GB, 64GB variant of OnePlus 5T is $499 or Rs. 32,999 in India whereas the 8GB, 128GB variant of OnePlus 5T has been priced at $559 or Rs. 37,999 in Indian market.
