Xiaomi launched Mi Note 3 with Snapdragon 660, 16MP selfie camera and dual rear camera.

Xiaomi launched the much awaited Mi Note 3 with Snapdragon 660, 16 MP selfie camera and 3500 mAh battery in China. This is a larger version of MI 6 with 5.5 inch full HD display, same 12MP + 12MP dual rear camera setup and an upgraded 16MP front camera. This smartphone has a full metal body made of high quality aluminum alloy. Just like MI 6 the fingerprint sensor is embedded under the home button on MI Note 3.

It bears a 5.5 inch full HD IPS LCD having a superb contrast ratio of 1550:1. This will help to produce richer colors. The maximum brightness is also very high at 550 nits. So the sunlight legibility will also be very good. I think this is one of the best LCD display though it may not be as good as the AMOLED display found on OnePlus 5 and Samsung S8/S8+. Mi Note 3 does support 4-axis Optical Image Stabilization and Optical Zoom up to 2X which is surely better than the Optical Zoom found on OnePlus 5. The dual camera setup will help to get shallow depth of field by blurring the background in portrait mode. The front camera is of 16 MP(Large 2.0 µm Pixel) with face beauty feature based on artificial intelligence. The super large pixel will help to gather more information during taking selfies and the artificial intelligence based beautification mode will help to get real time beautification.
